2 c carrots

8 tortillas

Directions:
Blend greens in food processor until tiny (not liquid). Add beans, salsa, and cheese. Pulse in food processor until chunky. Add corn and pulse one more time. Scoop into tortillas and spray with oil. Fry or bake (400) until brown and crispy. Serve with greens, olives, salsa.
