"

I have worked at Leap Academy for the last 3 years and have loved working with such a dedicated and caring staff. The Leap staff are always showing me the next level of teaching standards as they continue to educate themselves and the children in new exciting ways and always meeting kids on their level. I work in the kitchen and have been amazed many times by the chefs ability and passion to push the boundaries on Leaps mostly vegetarian cuisine . My favorite being a carrot hot dog which even our pickiest eaters can not get enough of. I would not just  recommend but wish every child could start their journey at leap for there care and education."

Mickellia, Toddler Teacher

"I am proud to be a part of the Leap Academy Team. It is an excellent place to work. In my 4 years of employment, I have had so much encouragement to continue to grow and reach my goals not only as a teacher, but personally.  I work with an incredible group of teachers and staff that continue to inspire me. Our nutrition program is the best around!"

Beverly, Assistant Director - Waunakee

"I came in as an education and economics major looking for a part-time job and some more experience in education. Upon walking in the door for my interview I felt welcomed by all the staff and the owner, Maria. Once we determined that a part-time teacher role was a good fit for me, Maria took my input, past experience, and class schedule, and placed me in classrooms where I could connect with the kids and make a difference. I always felt that management was putting me in the best possible position to be a successful teacher and role-model for the wonderful kids I worked with. They offered me pay and experience that made my 20 minute drive to work from campus more than worth it every single day. I was always comfortable that the training I received and my past experiences prepared me for teaching in classrooms, I was also comfortably challenged in some of the work I was asked to do. The management at Leap Academy makes it a wonderful place to work and I am proud to say I contributed to such an outstanding educational environment. I can personally highly recommend applying to any college students with a love of education- Maria and her staff will take you in, challenge you, develop you, and give you meaningful experiences working with our youth."
